Under federal law, your maximum liability for unauthorized use of your credit card is limited to $50, provided you promptly notify your credit card provider pursuant to its reporting rules and procedures.

Duke Of Curl Refund and Exchange Policy

Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.

Returns must be made within 30 days accompanied with the original receipt. If you don’t have your invoice, please enclose your name, address and credit card account number (if it was a credit purchase) plus the approximate date of purchase with the item and mail it to the Duke Of Curl Customer Service address. Customers are responsible for the return postage.

If a product is defective: a) we will replace it with a defect-free product at no additional cost to you; or b) the fees of your purchase will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment.

If your product is the wrong item, please send it back and we will exchange it.

We do not refund shipping and handling charges, unless the refund is due to our error.
